Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a mental health treatment technique. This method involves moving your eyes a specific way while you process traumatic memories. EMDR's goal is to help you heal from trauma or other distressing life experiences. Beyond Therapy, LLC currently sees only adults for EMDR services. EMDR services are not covered by insurance.

 
 

With something as intimate and personal as mental health, some people might feel more comfortable talking about topics such as their feelings, personal issues, and goals over the internet rather than face to face. Clients can experience therapy from the comfort of their home and some counselors are more likely offer therapy outside of traditional business hours. Beyond Therapy, LLC is currently only offering virtual sessions.

 
 
 
 

Doulas are professional trained advocates in childbirth who provide emotional, physical, and educational support to a family or person who is expecting, is experiencing labor, or has recently given birth. Their purpose is to help women have a safe, memorable, and empowering birthing experience. Currently all doula services are paid for out of pocket and are not covered by insurance.
